Deleting your Crestrunner data

The short version

Crestrunner has no player account and no Binary Data Technology server. Game progress and settings are stored on your device, so you can erase them without sending a request.

Reset game data and keep the app

Open Crestrunner > Settings > Reset all progress and confirm both prompts. This removes every game-owned crestrunner. record, including the profile and backup, campaign results, best times, trophies, in-game currency, XP, owned craft, upgrades, selected craft and livery, settings, graphics tier, advertisement count, and the cached Premium flag. The app stays installed and starts with a fresh local profile.

This reset does not remove Google Play purchase history or entitlement. If Premium was purchased, the app can restore it from the same Google account. It also does not delete data Google holds for advertising, consent, payments, fraud prevention, or legal retention.

Clear all app storage

For the broadest device-side reset while keeping the app installed:

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Open Apps > Crestrunner.
  3. Open Storage or Storage and cache.
  4. Choose Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.

Wording varies by device. This removes Crestrunner's local data and SDK state stored inside the app sandbox. It does not erase Google Play transaction records.

Uninstall

Uninstalling Crestrunner removes its private app storage. A Google Play purchase remains attached to the purchasing Google account and can be restored after reinstalling.

Google data and advertising choices

Use Crestrunner > Settings > Advertising privacy choices when Google makes that control available. Android also provides advertising controls under Settings > Privacy > Ads. Google account, payment, and privacy controls govern data held by Google. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.
