Crestrunner is a personal watercraft racing game. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control for your own non-commercial use. The game, code, name, tracks, and artwork remain ours.
You may record and stream your own gameplay, including monetised video, provided that you do not present the game or its assets as your own work. You may not sell, rent, redistribute, remove proprietary notices from, or unlawfully modify the game. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict remain unaffected.
We may update, change, or stop distributing the game. We do not promise that every version will work on every device or future Android version. Any mandatory consumer guarantees that apply where you live remain in force.
Crestrunner stores game progress and settings on your device. The Android app also uses Google AdMob for non-personalised advertisements and Google Play Billing for Premium. The Privacy Policy explains the data involved, and the data deletion page explains how to erase local data.
The free Android app may show advertisements supplied by Google AdMob after race results. Advertisements are not shown during a race, Training, a Championship, or a retry. They are also subject to consent, frequency, daily-cap, and Premium controls. The browser build has no advertisements.
Premium is a one-time, non-consumable Google Play product. It permanently removes advertisements for the purchasing Google account. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and gives no gameplay advantage. All campaign levels can be reached without paying.
The price shown by Google Play in your local currency is the price that applies. Google Play processes payment and provides its own purchase and refund terms. Nothing here removes a statutory refund, cancellation, warranty, or withdrawal right. Use Settings > Restore on a new device signed into the purchasing account. Contact support if a completed purchase does not activate.
Crestrunner is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, review these terms with a parent or guardian. Protections that apply to minors are not limited by these terms.
We test the game carefully, but do not promise uninterrupted or fault-free operation. To the extent the law permits, the game is supplied as available and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude liability, consumer guarantees, statutory warranties, or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
You can stop using the game and end this agreement by uninstalling it. We may end the licence if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, subject to applicable law.
The mandatory consumer law and court rights of the country where you live continue to apply. Nothing in these terms forces a consumer to give up a court, regulator, ombudsman, small-claims, or dispute-resolution route that applicable law protects. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem.
The effective date and terms version are updated when these terms change. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Use the contact address at the top for support or questions.
