How to get help

Email the support address shown above. Include your device model, Android version, app version, level, control scheme, what you expected, what happened, whether it repeats, and a screenshot or recording when possible. For a performance issue, enable the performance overlay in Settings and include it in the screenshot.

Purchases and refunds

Premium is a one-time Google Play purchase that removes advertisements. If a completed purchase does not activate, open Settings > Restore while signed into the purchasing Google account. Google handles payment and refund requests through Google Play. Include the Play order number in a support email, but never send card details or passwords.

Progress and deletion

Crestrunner has no account or cloud save. Progress is stored on the device and cannot be recovered after it is reset, cleared, or uninstalled. Settings > Reset all progress erases game-owned progress and settings while leaving the app installed. The public data deletion page explains the full-device and uninstall options.

Current requirements and limits

• Android 8.0 (API 26) or newer and OpenGL ES 3.0 are required.
• The game runs in landscape orientation.
• It is single-player with 120 campaign levels across 12 worlds, plus Training.
• Rivals are computer-controlled; there are no accounts, multiplayer, chat, cloud save, or online leaderboards.
• Engine, water, wind, interface and effect sounds are generated by the app. There is no licensed music soundtrack.
• The interface is English only.

Privacy

The public privacy policy describes local storage, Google AdMob, consent choices, and Google Play Billing. Do not send sensitive personal or payment information in a support request.
